Anne has been teaching Pilates in Bright for over 10 years and holds a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. She is a current member of the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA) with both Mat and Studio Pilates Accreditation. When she’s not teaching Pilates, it’s likely you’ll find Anne out in the nearby hills or on the trails riding, walking or skiing.
Pilates can benefit EVERY body and is done by people from many walks of life. Anne has experience teaching elite athletes, weekend warriors, pre and post natal women, those who need specific injury rehab and every BODY in between!
The unique nature of Pilates is that it is challenging yet gentle, will strengthen as well as lengthen muscles and build stability and mobility where needed. Pilates can ease restrictions, build muscular endurance and efficiency.
