Pilates for Cycling

A bundle of 5 Pilates Classes designed specifically for cycling, including strength, mobility and recovery.

Class Summary

Support your ride by building strength and efficiency with this Pilates class bundle. Regardless of whether you prefer the road, dirt or rail trail, this series of classes will prepare your body for cycling and support you whilst on the bike.

This pack includes a core and glute strengthening class targeting muscles which are commonly underused by cyclists, a spine mobility class to help ease neck, shoulder and low back tension, and a stretch recovery class.

This bundle also includes the “Happy Hips” class which takes you through a series of hip release, mobilising and strengthening exercises, as well as the fundamental core work.  

Do all the classes on a rest day or pick just one to do pre or post ride!
