A bundle of 4 Pilates classes designed specifically for walking and longer hiking adventures including strength, balance and stretching.

Class Summary

Prepare your body for hiking with this Pilates bundle. Whether you take a daily stroll or prefer longer, multi-day adventures this bundle will help you improve your lower body strength, core stability and balance – all so important to keep you moving!

 The stretching class is perfect to do after exercise, with variations and tips to adapt the exercises so you can do them while you’re out and about.

This bundle is rounded out with “From The Ground Up” class which focuses on foot strength and mobility and leaves you feeling light with a spring in your step!

All these classes are osteoporosis safe and include variations to cater for various levels.
