This short class is a perfect way to mobilise the thoracic spine and stretch and release your chest and shoulders. I teach this sequence in the Pilates Studio all the time and recommend it as homework for many clients. Feel free to hit pause and spend more time on some of the exercises than I have here - do this class daily if you are sitting for long periods of time!!
