All Pilates Mat classes are a whole body and mind experience. Exercises are done standing, lying, sitting and kneeling and progress throughout the class. Anne’s cues invite you to focus inward on your breath and alignment while moving your body with awareness. Not only will you notice the physical benefit from these Pilates classes, moving intentionally and connecting to your breath allows time and space for your mind to reset. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, energised and centred as well as knowing that you’ve worked!
Core Balance: An osteoporosis and pre-natal safe Pilates class, incorporating core strength with balance and mobility exercises. Mobilising Core Mat: A flowing Pilates class with a focus on strengthening and mobilising.
Strengthening Core Flow: A flowing Pilates class with a focus on strengthening your core and postural muscles. Strengthening Core
Flow +: A flowing Pilates class with a focus on strengthening core and postural muscles. Best for those who are injury free and have done Pilates before.
Studio Pilates - Semi Private: Studio Pilates uses the Pilates equipment and will give you a highly personalised program to work with. Ideal for those of you with specific movement needs or goals (perhaps you are injured, pregnant or training for an event). Classes are held in a semi-private setting with a maximum of 3 participants. To get started with Studio Pilates, we begin with an individual assessment and at least two private classes. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, then design and deliver a tailored program that is specific to your goals and needs. It also ensures you are comfortable and safe using the Pilates equipment.
Private Pilates Classes: Private Pilates classes are a brilliant way to focus on your specific needs and goals in a one on one setting. Excellent for rebuilding strength and technique for those returning to exercise following a break or use it to compliment your existing Pilates or other movement practise.

Anne is very professional in what she does - always checking us for the correct movements and alignment. I find it excellent - a motivating, challenging and fun 'me-time', and notice that I now sit up straighter at work.
Studio class
A friend introduced me to Pilates 2 years ago, and I've been attending weekly classes since then. A few months after commencing Pilates my husband commented on my improved skiing ability due to my much stronger core muscles giving me greater strength and stability.
