Frequently Asked Questions

Memberships are purchased monthly and will automatically renew at the end of each period. It is your responsibility to manage your membership and subscription and method of payment. Membership subscriptions are for a minimum of one month (unless otherwise stated.)

Members may stream the Programs offered within our member channel an unlimited number of times during your membership period.

Mountain Pilates may add or remove classes from the channel at any time. Video downloading is not available.

Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Members found sharing their memberships, login details or access codes will have their membership suspended or terminated by Mountain Pilates. A refund will not be issued.

Once you have purchased a class or class bundle, you can view it as many times as you wish through your Mountain Pilates Online account.

Single purchase classes, or class bundles, can be accessed the classes as long as you wish while Mountain Pilates Online remains current.

You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. To cancel, sign into your Mountain Pilates Online account, and click My Account (top right) and follow the links to Billing. Scroll down the page and click on the Subscriptions tab -> Cancel

You are responsible for cancelling your membership before the next payment is due. Cancellations are effective from the end of the current billing cycle – you will lose class access from thereafter. Pro-Rata refunds will not be approved. 

To change your payment details, sign into your Mountain Pilates Online account, and click My Account (top right), followed by Billing -> Change Card
